Guntur: Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu would be participating in the official celebrations of Ugadi festival on March 21 at Anantavaram village near Thullur.Addressing a review meeting at the ZP 
Hall here on Friday, Principal secretary (Revenue) J S V Prasad instructed the officials to make elaborate arrangements for the festival, including drinking water arrangements, improvement of roads, maintenance of hygiene and decoration of the nearby temple. He said the Chief Minister should be received with all temple honours, apart from performing all religious rites and ceremonies associated with Ugadi festival.
