On Sunday morning, four passengers of Chennai-Secunderabad Charminar Express were allegedly robbed of their jewelleries in Andhra Pradesh’s Prakasam district.
Complaining to the Government Railway Police at Secunderabad station, the four passengers stated that about 70 grams of gold jewellery has been robbed.

According to the South Central Railway (SCR) spokesman, one of the robbers, suspected to be on board the train, pulled the Train’s chain near Chirala at around midnight to stop the train and the robbers then snatched the chains along with other jewellery of the passengers through the windows in sleeper coaches.
