A delegation led by chairman & MD of V2C Group D.V. Ramkumar met Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu and evinced interest in setting up an integrated Coco Park near Rajahmundry.
During the meeting, Mr. Ramkumar informed the Chief Minister that they will invest Rs.250 crore- 300 crore to set up a major industry which will be an anchor industry in the region while the investment for ancillary units within the park will be Rs.300 crore-350 crore.
The Group aims to choose 10,000 young farmers and offer their training in the industry. Through ancillary units, the group also plans to empower women of SHGs and impart respective skills to them.
