RAJAHMUNDRY: East Godavari police seized 3,399kg ganja worth over 3.5 crore and arrested 11 people who were transporting the contraband.
The kingpin behind the illegal trade managed to escape. Cops also seized four vehicles and three bikes.
The four vehicles transporting the ganja were intercepted by the police team at Vetukuru junction.
The ganja was procured from Dabbapaka in Vizag Agency.
