Rajahmundry: Maredumilli police seized 461 kilograms of ganja and arrested five persons in East Godavari district in three separate incidents. In the first incident, the police seized 400 kilos of ganja in 20 plastic bags worth Rs 20 lakh at Vetukuru junction under Maredumilli mandal.
In the second incident, police seized 54 kilos of ganja worth Rs 1.08 lakh at Madduluru junction and in the third instance, police have seized seven kilos of ganja worth Rs 14,000 at Vetukuru Junction. — Samson Raj
